Integrative Arts is a program that has a powerful impact on
an individual's ability to improve their personal insight and
self-empowerment.
Holistic in nature, and extremely result orientated, these art
techniques rely on the non-verbal language of art as valuable
tools or medium for personal growth, insight, healing and transformation.
This art experience is friendly and non intrusive. Stress and
chaos may be alleviated, immune systems are stimulated, and the
mind and body are conditioned to work together.
An artistic background is not a requirement to experience the
healing benefits of Integrative Arts – each of us has a natural
and untapped ability to get in touch with our authentic self
through drawing.
Four programs are available within the Integrative Arts umbrella:
- Spa Expressions - Using
the power of art as a healing tool, Spa Expressions connects
mind, body and spirit and uses the power of art to heal
oneself from the inside out, to empower and strengthen
the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing while providing
balance, harmony and rejuvenation.
- Soul Drawings - This
program is designed specifically for support groups.
Soul Drawings is designed to comfort as well as provide
an awareness of one self. It enables us to redefine ones
identity. It is designed to provide love, warmth and
compassion and to enhance a connection between the heart
and soul.
- Expressive Arts - This
program is designed to empower children, young adults,
teachers and parents. The emphasis includes stimulating
growth and a healthy self image. Projects are specifically
geared to self esteem and self identity. They are also
designed to connect children to themselves and all their
relationships, providing a mind and body connection.
- Executive Insight - Provides
tools to help businesses and their leaders and assists
in the development of staff. These classes are used as
corporate ‘ice breakers” and “team builders” at conventions,
staff meetings, retreats, etc. Executive Insight is a
fast paced, entertaining program which lends itself to
immediate and profound knowledge and this in turn provides
power.

As client Diane Martinez, Lead Escrow Officer says, “Sue Segal's
Integrative Art Program provides an incredible insight to
one's "own
self" and the tools needed to maintain a sense of self identity
and good health. Sue worked with our entire team—creating a very
strong bond. It incorporated the use of power of intention, the
